Parents and guardians

We know trust matters. RAF Air Cadets is a structured, inclusive organisation with safeguarding, trained adult volunteers and clear communication through official channels.

  • Activities are supervised by approved volunteers.
  • Recruitment starts with parent or guardian involvement.

Adult volunteers

Squadrons need adult staff and Civilian Committee members to help young people get the most from Air Cadets. No previous military background is required.

If you are interested in staff or committee support, contact us for an initial discussion.
